Production groups
We manufacture our products exclusively to order. We always strive to accommodate the specific wishes of our customers.
We have the standard color palette in stock and are able to obtain special colors on short notice. We can also supply UV stabilizers upon request., Antistatic agents, incorporate fluorescent paint or other additives.
We currently offer the following product groups.
Plastic hoses
We manufacture plastic hoses from PVC, TPE, PE-LD, PE-HD, TPU, TPV, and custom blends, with wall thicknesses starting at 0.1 mm and diameters ranging from 1.0 mm to 150.0 mm. Industrial hoses (from 1.0 mm diameter) and hoses for aquariums form large subgroups within this range.
Technical Profiles
Our in-house toolmaking department ensures fast and cost-effective production of technical profiles. Our inventory includes over 4,000 customer-specific profile tools.
Keder profile / flat keder
We also offer all keder profiles and flat keder in PVC-free versions (TPE, TPU, PE-LD or PE-HD).
Tubes, which can be attached to a pipe
We produce injection hoses, for example like those used for conveyor rollers (PVC and TPU). We supply these in all common Shore A hardnesses and colors to meet your requirements. We can also manufacture the hoses with various groove shapes and numbers.
Round cords
We manufacture heat shrink tubing made of soft PVC with an inner diameter of up to 300.00 mm and a wall thickness of 0.7 – 6.0 mm in all colors and hardnesses.

We manufacture heat shrink tubing made of soft PVC with an inner diameter of up too 300.00 mm and a wall thickness of 0.7 – 6.0 mm in all colors and hardnesses.
3D Filament
Welding cords / welding rods
We grind our own or customer-supplied material, sieve it and then process it into welding wire strands and/or directly into the product. We can also process special materials.
Applying heat shrink tubing to customer-supplied products
We can apply our heat shrink tubing directly to the products provided by the customer.
