Tubes, which can be attached to a pipe
We produce various hoses for applications like conveyor rollers (PVC and TPU). We supply these in all common Shore A hardnesses and colors to meet your requirements. We can also manufacture the hoses with various groove shapes and numbers.
Technical Profiles
Our in-house toolmaking department ensures fast and cost-effective production of technical profiles. Our inventory includes over 4,000 customer-specific profile tools.
Heat shrink tubing
We manufacture heat shrink tubing made of soft PVC with an inner diameter of up too 300.00 mm and a wall thickness of 0.7 – 6.0 mm in all colors and hardnesses.
3D Filament
Welding cords / welding rods
We grind our own or customer-supplied material, sieve it and then process it into welding wire strands and/or directly into the product. We can also process special materials.

Our location
Since 2004, Kunststoffwerk Zimmer GmbH has been located in Andernach, and in 2016 construction began on a new building in the industrial area „Am weißen Haus“ to meet the growing demands.
